一、需要总局核准名称的范围：
1、不带行政区划的内资企业、外商投资企业名称预先核准、名称变更核准；
2、中间带（中国）的外商投资企业名称预先核准、名称变更核准
二、不带行政区划及中间带（中国）企业名称的要求：
1、不带行政区划的内资企业、外商投资企业：注册资本五千万人民币以上；
2、中间带（中国）的外商投资企业：企业注册资本5000万人民币以上；外商独资企业或外方控股企业；使用外方出资企业字号
3、不带行政区划不带行业特点的内资企业、外商投资企业；注册资本一亿人民币以上；
