研究院分为工商局批下来的和民政局批下来的，民非研究院就是民政局批的，两者的区别就是一个是可盈利的，一个
是非盈利性质的。现在办一个民非的研究院需要什么条件？办理流程是什么？

注册民非研究院的条件：
1.成立理事会至少6个人，其中三分之一是北京户口，理事长和副理事长必须是北京户口
2.两名跟所研究行业相关的教授
3.注册资金少50万（实缴）
