三种形式的技术研究院的区别：

　　1.个人独资只能是一个自然人独资

　　2.有限合伙和集体所有制是可以增加股东。

　　3.有限合伙可以是法人股且占比没有要求

　　4.集体所有制法人股总占比不能超过50%
