（3）新公司股东给予工商局《营业执照》（团本）正本及影印件、法人股东给予s份证正本及影印件，正本核查倒退还；

重要提示：《中华人民共和国行政许可法》要求：被批准人要持续依规获得的行政许可事项的有效期限的，理应在该行政许可事项有效期限期满三十日

前向做出行政许可事项决策的公安机关提交申请+
