局公司名字的规定：

1、字体大小不可有损于我国、社会发展集体利益的；

2、很有可能对群众导致欺或是误会的；

3、带有国外我国(地域)名字、国际经济组织名字；

4、带有政名字、政军机关单位名字、群众团体名字、社团组织名字及部队番号；

5、带有国外文本、汉语拼音字母、阿拉伯数；

6、公司法人名字中不能带有别的公司法人的名字，行政管理总局另有要求的以外+

7、公司名称中不能带有另一个公司名称+

8、企业营业执照上只准标出一个公司名称+。
