近日，山东省卫生部门、中管理局会同省委宣传部、省厅等5部门印发《全省中进乡村活动实施方案》，旨在加强基层中建设，推进中参与实施“乡村振兴”战略。《方案》针对迫切需要解决的问题，确定了3项行动11个项目。行动内容包括：中技术进乡村、中科普知识进乡村、中服务进乡村。《方案》提出，开展中适宜技术基层培训项目，每年培训人员数量不低于本地区乡村医生数量的10%。开展乡村中医师“3+3”提升培训项目，遴选乡村骨干中医师，在省、市级中医医院进行全脱产集中培训3个月，开展3年的“3+3”能力提升培训，开展乡镇和村级中师承继承人能力提升项目，对部分基层中医师进行为期10天的全脱产培训。开展中科普进乡村项目，以科普讲座等形式普及中医养生保健知识。推进乡村中知识角建设，依托全省乡村书屋建设项目，增加中科普读物内容。依托省基层体育指导员网络，在乡村普及推广太极拳、八段锦、五禽戏等中医养生运动。结合全省特色乡镇和美丽乡村建设，打造具有中特色的生态农村。
