北京拍卖公司注册应具备以下条件：

一、有100**民币以上的注册资本;文物拍卖要求1000万注册资金;

二、拟定拍卖公司名称、符合要求的拍卖规则、公司章程;

三、与从事拍卖业务相适应的拍卖师和其他工作人员;

四、有适合拍卖业务的办公地址和拍卖场地;

五、符合**有关拍卖业发展规定;

拍卖企业经营文物，应当有1000**民币以上的注册资本，具有文物拍卖*知识的人员;

(六)固定办公场所产权证明或租用合同;
