一、接受委托
1、对委托标的进行登记 。
2、对有委托意向标的进行实地勘察和手续验证,根据不同性质的标的采取不同的勘察方式。
3、审查委托人身份证明(个人委托出示身份证、单位委托出示营业执照及身份证明材料)。
4、审查核实委托人对所提供标的物的所有权证明或依法可以处分标的物的证明材料及其他材料)。
5、与委托人商定保留价及佣金,签订《委托拍卖合同》。
